Now I did just look at his recent activity and it says he has been on this sunday but his last post was a month ago. I was just curious to know what's up if jaben has given up hope in YAF or is he too busy?? So anyway just curious... yeah....

The question may be where is going Yaf ?

Each month I give a look expecting the final 1.94.

neverending updates are done by vzrus alone on svn....and I still don't understand the target ? RC ? Final ? When ?

Is Yaf broken definitely.

Off with ye doom sayers. If we rushed and it was buggy you'd complain 😃, so we'll take our time and still have bugs :D

When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon 🙂 )

im not being a doom sayer just asking if Jaben is not able to spend enough time to check in fixes then maybe we should ask about maybe having the Dev's step up and take on more responsibility

I'm using 1.94 RC1 in production. There haven't been many problems / issues at all.

Dev's check in fixes to either their own code; or from the list on the bugtracker. Bug tracker gives an indication as to the progress (show stoppers and criticals) as to where we are with the release.

Release does not happy until Jaben is ready to put his name to it, as is his right as Project Manager and that requires his time. Not a question of Devs stepping up to take on more responsibility; though stepping up to take a couple more pathces would be nice :p
