This may be a dumb question and I could just be missing something, but how do I force all new posts to be "unapproved". In other words, wehre do we flip the switch so all posts must be approved before posting?

Set the forum to be moderated.

Under Admin, click Forums, then Edit the forum that you want to set to moderated. Put a checkmark in "Moderated" and save.
