I've seen where you can stop a guest from viewing a forum but can you stop a guest from viewing everything?

The forum is restricted so I have to pre-register people to get in. So can I set the Guest account so it can't get into the forums?

Yes there is a host settings for that, under Host -> Settings -> Require User Login - If checked, users will be required to log in before they can see any content. They'll be redirected straight to login page.
