Add button to resend confirmation email

Currently unconfirmed users can get an email confirmation/verification resent if they click on the lost password button etc.

But that may not be obvious enough to many users. How about an option to show a resend confirmation/verification email button which takes to the same form which shows a Lost Password/Resend Verification Email message.
