We are using YAF in our Sitecore 7.2 application and now this is upgraded to SItecore 8.2. IN 7.2 Setup, SOLR 4.6 version was used to perform search and custom crawler was written to crawl and to index post upgrade crawl is happening but indexing is not happening. Does YAF supports the Sitecore version 8.2 and also SOLR version 5.1. Any suggestions to resolve the issue is highly appreciated

No at the moment there is no official Support for the Sitecore (and probably never will be, because this product is not free). There is a sample integration available at Github
