Error in integrating 1.9.3 into current .NET 3.5 website

http://wiki.yetanotherforum.net/embeddedYaf.ashx , but am receiving errors when trying to embed the control into my aspx page. The error I receive on build is:

Could not load file or assembly 'yaf' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I also receive an error when I try to build with the tag in the config file

Could not find schema information for the element 'rewriter'.
