When someone is making a new post there is a checkbox at the bottom asking if they would like to attach a file. How do I get rid of that box completely. I don't want people to upload or have the option to upload anything to my server.

Host Settings - Access Masks

Just uncheck the box for the user level you want to restrict

Then the check box won't appear in the options at the bottom.
