This is a question about the YAF 3.1.12 standalone version: how to modify the EMAIL TEMPLATE for sending registration confirmation emails, password change emails, etc? 

Editing the file /Resources/EmailTemplate.html does not seem to have any effect. No effect even if I delete it and restart the www service. Is this the correct template?

(Everything else in standalone YAF works fantastic.)

The file Resources/EmailTemplate.html is only the basis. However this pure html5 bootstrap would not correctly work.

So this file is converted via an ruby with the tool Bootstrap Email  to make it compatible for most email clients such as Outlook. And then for each theme there is html generated. So the actual Email template that is used is in Content/Themes/[theme name]/EmailTemplate.html.
