when user post on our yaf forum the time of the post displaying besides the post is different to current time, but we want to change the time zone so that our post time and current time should be same.

how can we solve this problem?

The Timezone can be only changed from the user profile, and from guest users from the guest user profile. If you want to change the setting for all users the only way would be to change the setting in the db directly.
