Another feature we have seen asked for repeatedly is a way to Block or Hide Posts or Comments posted by a specific user or users. Basically, if you do not care to see comments by a specific user you could block all post from that user or you could block a specific post within a Topic thread.

That's feature is already there. Click on a user name( in the userbox on the left side on a topic) to open the popup menu and click on "hide user posts"
