I've finally gone "Live" with my forums, but now, I have an issue that I need to find a fix for - quickly, if possible! I have someone who was helping me with the test forums and she forgot her password, so she tried the password retrieval, and it did not send her an email to reset her password. Is there some way I need to set this up? Also, I tried it and got this error when I tried to reset my password:

My friend did try several times too (and she did not get the security question error.) I've tried my display name, my admin login, my "answer" to the original security question (which should be displaying instead of asking what my username is!) but nothing seems to work. Can anyone please help before my "Live" forums run into this problem? TIA!
