I have noticed this on the Sueetie message board which is of course, powered by YAF. I am trying to fill out all of the profile fields on there to ensure that they show on the bottoms of all of my posts. What are the required fields, and what is the required format for your AIM, Skype, and Jabber ID's for them to show at the bottom? What about blogs especially if they are powered by BlogEngine.NET instead of one of the public blogging services out there? And finally, how do you put a PM link at the bottom of your posts? Thanks!

Thank you. That explains the missing field then. I have two AIM screen names, however I was unaware that you also had an ID in terms of a number. How does one find it? I have never seen a reference to any number associated with an AIM screen name. But that does make sense though as to why some of my profile data will not save on other boards. One thing I would recommend to you guys, and considering you are one of the top developers on this project, is that in future versions of YAF, you make form handling in the profiles more resilient to user error and instead of just letting the form sit there while the user has to try and figure out an unobvious error like I had, give them some prompts as to how each field should be formatted if it is entered incorrectly.

Very odd. It could have something then to do with the Sueetie board then since that's the only place where I see the problem.
