Hi we use YAF for a while and today i upgrade to 1.9.6 RC1:) 😍

Can you help me out here, we have several Users account but when they Register they don't add User Name.

Is't any way to validate UserNamen before Create User?

Did you use the standard Login Page? By default there is a validator that checks if the user name is valid, and if anything has been entered

Hi when i look in db i see UserName field, but they usually write Alias insted of Name.

Not sure if i understand correctly your problem. Are you trying to import existing users to yaf that dont have an username field?

What i mean is to have an Alias field but force the User when Register or Next time when an old user Login, force to edit UserProfile and add Alias and UserName.

We are the Swedish Bowling Confederation and used Your forum for a while. Not mutch activity but many readers.

But i got questions from the border who write that post and so on.
