In Languages module during editing xml language file I have utf code ó instead of ó - [ó] U+00F3 ó LATIN SMALL LETTER O WITH ACUTE

The same in RSS Feeds. It is strange because in posts, themes and other parts encoding is correct. I notice problem only for this one letter. Strange.
