I want to change the text for the rules and regulations. Basically I want to change the text and format slightly by adding an unorder list tag.

  I went to the english.xml file and then page name=rules. I added some html tags but they get stripped. Then I changed to BBFormat so 🇱🇮 but this displays verbatim e.g. I see 🇱🇮

  Any suggestions?
