Admin > Access Masks > and enable poll for Member Access.By this all members can create poll.

Thank you for you immediate response regarding this concern. The problem was, using admin's account Poll was enabled. However, i couldn't find the button where i could create my own Poll. Do i really need to enable first the member access mask before i could create one?
