Ye, prolly are really stupid question, but I cannot find out how to do it.

I would like to know from some clever person out there how to make a topic stick, and in the event I have a few stick's, how to order them.

Sticky is an option when you have admin permission for a forum... either edit an existing or start a new topic and you'll see "priority". You'll be able to select sticky if you have priority creation permission on that forum.

As far as the order -- it's just by the created date. If you wanted something to appear first you can add a new post and bump it to the top.
