Bug: Allow Login and Logoff doesn't work in some cases.

I have set "Allow Login and Logoff" option to unchecked.
Then clicked on user name to open profile (as guest), and login page appeared.
I guess "Allow Login and Logoff" option should disable every possibility to do this actions through forum.
