I'm french so sorry for my poor english.
I try to install the forum and i follow the instruction in modifing file.config and running install/default.aspx.
All seems to be ok ( database created ....) but when the install go to the end i have this message in the enventlog table :

System.InvalidOperationException: The control with ID '' requires a ScriptManager on the page. The ScriptManager must appear before any controls that need it.

I may be forget a configuration step but i don't know where. Should some one can help me please ?
Because i'm lost !!!!

When I set up the software, I got similar problems with the ScriptManager. I had to add this to the Web.config page:
















Place it before the closing tag.
I got that from another thread, somewhere on here.

And thanks again WowBagger!!! This made it work for me. I could have spent a lot of time on this before I MIGHT have gotten it to work.
