I just downloaded and installed the latest release. I've created a new SQL Server database and updated the db.config file. When I click the Next button after entering the new config password the following error is displayed:
There has been a serious error loading the forum. No further information is available.
Please contact the administrator if this message persists.
I've tried it many times without any change.
