Hi all,

I've installed 1.9.3 this morning and everything went fine. Now I have two problems that I can't solve.

1: If I use any language other than English I get an error (Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.)
2: After creating a few forums and categories only guests can see these. If I'm logged in the site is empty.

What can I do in order to make the forum work?
