Guess this is already known scenario.
I want users on my site (where forum is inside site folder) to automatically become members of forum, so what programing steps I need to follow? (what classes to use, other guidelines etc.)

Also what would be best way to make user which is already logged-in on main site to get logged-in on forum? (if user is already logged-in on main site automatically gets logged-in on forum)

depends on your version, if 1.93 use whatever providers your site are using, if using below that search for the user proxy class on the forums.
