I had GoDaddy install YAF and the more I look around, the more I think that GoDaddy installed a version that does not have all of the features of the full version. One example I have is that I have no option for BBCodes in the Admin settings panel.

I have searched the forums and am not finding an answer to this exact question. I see a lot of refences to upgrading, but the version I have is 1.9.1.8. How can I reinstall in order to get the full version?

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a screenshot of my Admin panel after a fresh install of YAF 1.9.1.8

Should I be seeing more than this?

hehe nope godaddy installs a previous version, not a hindered version. A lot of new functions have come with 1.93 and its not even released as a final yet. Godaddy do not offer 1.93 as pre-install app, nor should they until its ready for proper release.

When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon 🙂 )
