Can a user create new forums? · YAF.NET Support Forum

Hi,

I am using 1.9.1.8 version.

I can see that users can create new topics under a forum. Can a user (who is not part of administrator group) create forums also under a category? If yes, how?

No, ordinary users cannot. They have to be flagged as Administrator under the user edit in order to access the Admin control panel.

When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon 🙂 )
