How Can I Change the Main Menu? I would like to change the word "index" or swicth it's place as well as taking off the word "Logged in as"

example: move thes around or take of the line between them
Inbox | Search | Active Topics | My Profile | Members | Logout


from where the top menu is generated, i could not see it?
