How to create Language other than default provided?

I've just installed YAF under dotnetnuke as a module. I find that this is a language Chinese Simplified (GB2312) that is closed to what I want. However, the language I want is Chinese Traditional (Big5). How can I create the Chinese Traditional (Big5) ?

Hi
All languages are stored in "Language" directory as *.xml files.To translate strings, you can open them using any word editor like Notepad.
