YAF ver: 1.9.1.8, environment VS2008 & SQL2005

I am trying to get the configuration of an existing web.config file correct to allow me to run YAF with it in a sub-directory.

I have moved the files to the bin as indicated and changed the connection details in yafnet.config to the new database which has already been created (I successfully had YAF running in a separate web site so the db was created and the tables built by the installation page).

I think the problem is merging the configSections into the existing web.config file which uses multiple levels of SectionGroups and understanding where I need to make the changes to allow for the yafnet.config being in a sub-directory.

Can anyone point me to examples other than the basic on in the install.txt file of the download?
