It seems that the user control file is there, the images are there and there seems to be a reference to the smilies-usercontrol in the postmessage file. Still, no smilies. Is there anything I have to add?

At http://www.yetanotherforum.net/files/smileys.sql  you should find a sql script file you can run against your database.

I will add this to the setup for the next release.
