Integration with any ticketing system?

Is it possible to integrate with Zendesk system or similar? Basically I want to add new posts in threads to Zendesk threads.

I don't know what zendesk ist. But maybe it's possible to import data via rss feeds in to zendesk?! Then it would be easy to to import the data

Take a look at the stored procedure [yaf_topic_save] to create topics from an external source. I've been using this for years.
