I have a need to communicate to the forum from another system. The functions needed are functions like:
* Create Topics
* post to a topic
* add / delete users able to access a topic

I guess I'm looking for some REST like api into the forum. Does YAF have this or some other type of programmable API?

There exist only a very basic API where you can only create a new topic
