I pulled down the zip, and noticed that the following files are missing:

yafsrc\YetAnotherForum.NET\web.config <-- copied the one I had in 2.2.3, seems to work fine
yafsrc\YetAnotherForum.NET\controls\MoveTopic.ascx <-- there wasn't one in 2.2.3, but everything compiled and runs so not sure if it's needed.

they are referenced in the project, but are not in the zip file. I also looked at the file listings in the browser on Github and they are not present.

i removed the MoveTopic.ascx you can ignore that. And for the web.config rename recommended.web.config to web.config
