Attachements not showing in admin section v2.2.3 beta 20150822

I'm using 2.2.3 beta 20150822, I've uploaded a couple of files as a normal user.

Under Admin -> maintenance -> Attachments

There is nothing, shouldn't the files I've uploaded as a normal user show up there?

Thats normal the attachments are no longer attached to one posting. This Admin Page only shows the old attachments, and will soon be removed.
