I made some changes on web.config file about Removing ETags, Static Content, Canonical URL and ico file.

You can see web.config file's ss attached.

Please share your scores, are they increased or not? Finally, I prefed to using www, is it okay?

That's about all I can provide for the hosting details. I don't have access to the server.

I too am using the ASP.NET Sample Application for YAF. I don't believe I've done any performance tweakings, but I do try to use compressed images whenever possible. I keep forgetting to go back an redo them.
