How to allow users to upload pictures?

So I've tried all the text editors, but none of them seem to have an option to allow users to upload pictures, just to insert a link.

Is there a way to accomplish this in YAF 2.1?

I don't like the attach file function because you can't place the image inline. Or can you? Maybe I'm missing something here..

An image can be put "in line" if it is previously uploaded in a user's album.
