Hi, guys!

I'm trying to use the forum to set the language / culture Russian (Russia). The big problem - the letters sent in UTF-16, the recipient sees as the occasional reports in Chinese characters.
Is it possible to e-mail using a different encoding (UTF-8, win1251, koi8-r)? How can it be switched? Tell me , please. Or using YAF Forum in Russia is impossible in principle?
