When othere sites (FB, twitter, etc) send notification to user about new post, the email has a nice template to it, such as company name, background colors, different fonts, etc)

Is it possible to add a section in host setting where we can define the email template (just add html code in it) similar to advert template.

We can have a top section and bottom section. The actual email message will be inserted in between the top and bottom section.

The bottom section will help in closing div tags, adding sepcial footer, copyright, etc.

You can do this in the language file.

Here is good newsletter template collection, and you could use it without editing. It's not very big collection http://www.nl.poweredtemplate.com/brochure-templates/newsletters/free/index.html  but all templates looks nice and they are responsive.
