Two questions:

1. When a user makes changes using Admin control panel, where are these saved? Are they saved in database or in some XML file?

2. Is there a way to limit editing a post to first 10 minutes (instead of indefinite)? Some users randomly edit the first post to empty string and the remaining comment after that would not make sense?
