I'm hoping to get some help installing the forum on Fasthosts.

I have followed the instructions as described in the documentation. The location of the installation is in a sub domain called "forums", so I changed the app-config to point to ~forums. I'm getting a 500 error, which I cant seem to get any more information on.

I tried turning off friendly http errors on IE, to no avail, I tried using firebug to get some more information, also to no avail. Custom errors are turned off on the fasthosts control panel.

I have also copied bin to the root folder.

At a bit of a loss now, any idea's please?

Did you modify your app.config? Specifically:


Those need to be modified to point to where your YAF is located.
