I have started using YAF in one of my forums which is migrated from Snitz.Forum looks polished and perfect but there are couple of things I would like to know:

-Does YAF support "Showing related posts" at the bottom of forum?I have had no success finding this.It is an important feature which increase traffic by large amount.
-Does YAF support datalayer other than MSSQL?
-Is YAF suitable for large forums with several million posts?

I think showing related posts will be a great addition to YAF.
Almost all enterprise level forums support this.

As far as I know YAF only supports MSSQL.

This feature would be useful because it has an important underlying functionality. Unfortunately, I currently don't have time for it.

I was developing data layers for Firebird, Postgre and MySql for years. As you can see they were never mentioned in YAF official docs and little people know about their existence. As a result there's not enough users to help polish them. Copyright conserns are important too, because they can't be added without my copyright. In the situation their development for YAF was finally stopped this summer.

The development continues but for a YAF special edition, which I develop mostly for my personal usage and for those who want to use a forum like YAF with other data layers.

Any chance we can get it any time soon? probably?
