Mobile Theme / Only Working With Guests

When I am on a moblie device and go to my forums WITHOUT logging in, the mobile theme is dislpayed. When I log in, it reverts to the default (non-mobile) theme.

For anyone searching for the answer to this question, I received this via a PM from tha_watcha. If you are logged in to the forums on a mobile device you can go to your profile and turn on the mobile theme. It is not on by default.

I changed the default value to on for users in 1.96 final, users that don't want it can simply turn it off. Makes more sense in that way.
