I am new at this, and my webdesigner set up the yaf forum on my website. As the administrator, when I log into the admin portal, I am directed to my admin index page. It takes a long time to load, and if I try to access any other page from admin page, It "denies" access, and logs me out. My webdesigner is stumped, and neither he (nor I ) know anything about code. Is there something he can load or re-load to help with this problem? I really have no idea how to fix this, or even who to go to.

Which yaf version did you have installed. There is a bug in versions under 1.96 which shows the host menu items to admin, and when you click on them the same as you described happens. Did you tried only the first menu item, that are the host admin menu items?

ahh, yes. it is version 1.9.1.8 I believe. all menu items are affected. In addition, I keep getting a "/" error when trying to delete unverified users. What to do?
