1.9.6 RC1 localization issue - "by" translation key

hi,

it seems the translation key "by" in the active topics list ( topic blabalbla by user doe) is translated with the country code of belarus ( "BY" ) ...

see attached screenshot.

Yes this happens when a language tag is is used on different pages, should be fixed now
