Since it appears that Irkoo is dead and this is YAF's primary reputation system, will there be an alternative reputation system in the future?

Wow that looks like a HUGE improvement! How difficult would it be to retrofit it back into a 1.9.5.5 system?

If you are a C# developer it shouldn't be a big problem for you to merge the changes i made to the source code

Yup, been doing C# dev for over 10 years. The reason I asked is that I've done quite a few customizations the the 1.9.5.5. base code for my own forum and it may prove tricky to integrate a major change like this.

In theory you only need to merge the changes i made...

Yaf 1.96 currently contains over 100 fixed issues and bugs, and new features.

I recommend you use the Mercurial Repository for your source code that would make it easy to upgrade to newer versions, otherwise you would stuck on 1.9.5.5 because of the modifications you did.

Thanks for the info. I'll check out Mercurial Repository for sure. You guys have a timeline when you'd like to release 1.9.6?

v1.9.6 RC1 release for this week, I hope.

Have to remove Irkoo from YAF.NET... any takers?
