Can any one help me where is the code for suspending a user and updating user information?
File names and functions doing these tasks are required.

How do we enable and disable user in forum (No user suspend)
Also, is it possible to chnage user name?

There is no other way. And why did you dont want to use the suspend user function?

The Username can not be changed. Only the Display Name (If Enabled) can be changed by the Admin or the User.

When I delete a user, all his/her post's author is marked as Guest.
So, instead of deleting user record, I want to disable the user?
Any work around?

Which function from which file can be used to change display name?

Just change his password and email address so he can't log in or change his password.

You can change his display name in admin/users and roles/users/edit
