The number of posts on the page, plus tracking of the latest posts PER USER

In my opinion it should be nice to make it configurable per user: the number of posts on the page (say, I like to read longer pages since my Internet connection is fast), plus tracking of the latest posts (to change the default 5 posts to, say 15 or even 25).

Thats already possible Host Settings -> Display Settings -> "Posts Per Page"
