I'm sorry I didn't see any way to add a title to the image that I want to upload. It would be a nice-to-have feature since IE and many other browsers show image title as a tooltip. So we could use the text to explain more details about image.
I think i would be also nice to have it on the IMG BBCode, Added it Directly to SVN ,new Core BBCode img Tags Supports now Description
