That is a direct download link.

Codeplex is a repository for Open Source applications. The basis of using a site like that to host the downloads is to offset the load of downloading from the YAF servers, as well as provide a place where all the versions of the application can be stored and available. Plus, CodePlex maintains it's own search indexes of applications, which helps publicize YAF as well. The only issue is old versions of the code are still at SourceForge - so YAF is still in two locations, but the newest versions as well as updates are all now at CodePlex.

I can imagine how many people will try to merge their config files. Isn't easier to write a simple app to do that to update from whatever it is to the latest version? Just wondering... :?:

So how do I get the Userlinks to work?

PS: Also all our avatars are gone after this upgrade. Any ideas?

What you mean with gone are they completly deleted or just wont displayed correctly?

Did you merge your web.config with the one from the beta? There are 2 new entries that for the yaf resource handler, if there are missing you wouldnt see the avatars or attachments.

Just updated from my self-compiled 1.9.3 Beta version; 1.9.5.5 is pretty awesome in both features and looks. :)

PS: My pop-up (aka flyout shoutbox) didn't work until I changed HttpResponseBase to HttpResponse; your calendar popup for birthdays doesn't go prior to 1991; but everything else seems to work great!
