Multiple borads with different URLs that share the same dlls and controls

Has anyone setup YAF in such a way that two or more boards with different URLs share the same BIN and control folders?
For example,
http://www.boardone.com -> YetAnotherForum.Net/board1
http://www.boardtwo.com -> YetAnotherForum.Net/board2
Where the BIN, Controls etc are at the root,i.e., YetAnotherForum.Net/BIN etc and the themes and config for each board are in their respective subfolders.
If so, care to elaborate it will be much appreciated.
