Anyone know? Why does YAF have file more than one file in each version?

Hi Dear

I have seen Mr.tha_watcha and Mr.Jaben posted YAF files

I confused about YAF which file is stable version and best for website?

and then when I looked in these file, It's some source files a bit different.

My Version has some advantage over the Offizial dnn Version From haben. But i Hope My Features are included in the Official Release Soon.
