Hello, can you explain what are means of Online User Status Cache Timeout and User Lazy Data Cache Timeout.

After that, if we change these options. Should we clean options in webconfig : timeout="43200" cookieless="UseCookies"/>

or is it different thing ?

Two different things, the web.config line tells how much idle time to leave a user logged on (log in but do nothing and 43200 (minutes?) later you're logged off.

User status, I believe, is in the admin panel 'who is online' it tells you what actions are being taken (reads, writes PM, etc.)
